    Legs feel great! It was my stomach that didnt play want to play fair today….the drain in the parking lot makes an interesting visual while you “recover” from your sprints….

    Katie needs all of our well wishes tonight…she lost all her paleo nutrition outside after her last interval! Everyone did so great today! That was a burner fo sho!
